Processing time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping costs
- Netherlands: €4,95 — free for orders over €50
- European Union: €12,95 — free for orders over €75
Order tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment.
Customs and import duties Rootine ships from warehouses within the EU where possible. For shipments originating outside the EU, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
